By purchasing or engaging with our Services, you’re committing to the agreed term and payment plan. Payments are not refundable once processed, even if you stop participating.

Our work is for exploration, awareness, growth, and education — it is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice.

All content, frameworks, recordings, and materials remain the intellectual property of Cypherra® and must not be shared, reproduced, automated, or used with AI tools.

You are responsible for how you apply the information and agree to indemnify Cypherra® from any claims arising from your participation.

1. Scope of Services
Cypherra® | Michelle Quinn provides coaching, mentoring, consulting, masterminds, workshops, digital programs, digital products, audio series, podcasts, and related personal and professional development services (“Services”).

2. Client Commitment and Use
By accessing or purchasing any Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. You are responsible for how you apply insights, information, or guidance provided.

3. Payments, Fees and Currency
All Services are subject to fees as disclosed at the time of purchase or agreement. Payments are non-refundable once processed. Cypherra® determines the billing currency (AUD or USD). Fixed-term commitments remain payable in full even if participation ceases.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Services delivered, accessed, or commenced are not refundable. Digital products accessed or downloaded are non-refundable. Cancelling payment methods does not cancel financial obligations.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, recordings, frameworks, methodologies, language, terminology, and resources are the intellectual property of Cypherra® or its licensors and may not be reproduced, shared, taught, automated, or used commercially without written permission.

6. Use of AI and Data Protection
You must not input, upload, reproduce, or use Cypherra® materials or any proprietary frameworks (including Process Communication Model® materials) in AI systems, custom GPTs, or automated tools. Personal reflections may be used privately for learning only.

7. Disclaimers
Services are for exploration, awareness, education, and personal growth. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cypherra® is indemnified and held harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
